Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This privacy policy explains which data we process when you visit this website and when you use our contact form and appointment booking. Processing takes place in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Responsible party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is grüezidoc, Patrick Moser (sole proprietorship), 8041 Zürich, Switzerland. For privacy questions you can reach us at info@gruezidoc.ch.

2. What data we process

When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser type) required for secure operation.

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, practice name, email address, optionally phone number, and your message.

3. Contact form

We use the data submitted via the contact form solely to handle your request and to get in touch. The data is stored in our database at Supabase, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Storage takes place on servers within Europe.

The legal basis is your consent as well as our legitimate interest in responding to your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Appointment booking (Cal.com)

To book an intro call we embed the Cal.com service. We use Cal.com's EU region (cal.eu), so booking data is processed within the European Union. When you book an appointment, the data you enter there (e.g. name, email, preferred time) is processed by Cal.com. Cal.com's privacy terms additionally apply.

5. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. On our behalf, Vercel processes technically necessary access data to deliver the website. Delivery takes place exclusively via servers within Europe. No sensitive health data is processed or stored on this website.

6. Cookies and analytics

By default this website sets no tracking or marketing cookies and embeds no analytics tool that follows you across websites. Technically necessary functions work without consent-requiring cookies.

Should analytics or marketing services be added in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, your consent will be obtained.

7. Sharing with third parties

Your data is shared only with the processors named in this policy (Supabase, Vercel, Cal.com) and solely to the extent described. No sharing for advertising purposes takes place.

8. Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up questions, or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Afterwards the data is deleted.

9. Your rights

Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to information about the data we process, as well as to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing. You may also object to processing and, where applicable, request the release of your data.

To exercise your rights, an informal message to the contact address given in the imprint is sufficient.

10. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Data transmission is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).

11. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or reflects changes to our services. The version published on this page applies.

12. Contact for data requests
